Some of our favorite sessions happen when the weather takes an unexpected turn.
Leslie and Danny traveled all the way from Texas to spend an afternoon along the Santa Barbara coast, and their engagement session ended up being everything we love about this place. Instead of the typical California sunshine, we were welcomed with a soft, gloomy beach day that made everything feel a little more intimate and relaxed.
The overcast skies, quiet shoreline, and gentle ocean breeze created a cozy atmosphere that felt almost like something out of an old film photograph. There was no rush, no need to chase the perfect sunset, just the two of them enjoying the moment together.
